A personal welcome
About the Owners
A note from the owners
A home that makes the ski day feel effortless.
The Alders is at its best at the end of a long day on Keystone. You walk back from the gondola, leave the wet gear where it belongs, and the house takes over. Fire first, then dinner at the island, then the hot tub under the ridgeline.
We wanted three levels so families and couples could spread out without losing the feeling of being together. The chef's kitchen is meant for real cooking. The bunk room is meant for children who stay up later than they should. The deck is meant for morning coffee that turns into another hour outside.
A quiet corner of East Keystone still puts the lifts within a ten-minute walk. That was the point: enough seclusion to rest, and enough proximity that no one has to stage a production to ski.
When you want another mountain, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain are an easy drive. Dillon and Frisco are close for dinner, shops, and a walk around the reservoir. Then the house is waiting: fireplace, chef's kitchen, and a private hot tub under the ridgeline.
We hope you settle in, gather around the table, and find your own rhythm here.
